Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Triune TechMentors LLP, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives on meeting targets and has a passion for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competition, and potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and emails.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product development) to understand product offerings and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing their needs throughout the sales process.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Required Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
